Non-Returnable Items

Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within:
48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items
7 days of delivery for eligible return requests
Requests submitted beyond the specified period may not be eligible for processing.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
